1. Identification and purpose. Products sold through liquionic.com are sold by Manuel Tárraga Martínez (Liquionic), NIF 74359023T, with address at C/ Pintor Julio Romero de Torres, 56, 30740 San Pedro del Pinatar (Murcia), Spain. These terms govern the purchase of membranes and associated technical services.
2. Customer and research use only. The site is aimed at professionals, universities and research centres. Products are sold exclusively for research and development purposes. Their resale and any industrial, clinical, diagnostic or human/animal use are prohibited. By placing an order, the customer declares to act within their professional or research activity.
3. Custom products and advisory services. Membranes are manufactured to order according to the specification chosen by the customer in the configurator or agreed with our team. Certain orders may include technical advisory or consultancy work, whose scope and cost, where applicable, are detailed in the corresponding quotation.
4. Purchase and quotation process. Depending on the product, the site offers two paths: (a) direct purchase of products with a published price, via the order and online payment process; and (b) request for a quotation for custom configurations or orders requiring technical review, in which case a quotation or proforma invoice is issued (price, lead time, taxes and conditions) that the customer accepts before manufacturing.
5. Prices and taxes. Prices are stated in euros. The applicable VAT is charged: sales in Spain, 21%; intra-EU supplies to customers with a valid EU VAT number in VIES, exempt from Spanish VAT (Art. 25 of the Spanish VAT Act, reverse charge); EU customers without a valid VAT number, Spanish VAT is charged; exports outside the EU, exempt from Spanish VAT, with customs duties, import taxes and clearance in the destination country borne by the customer. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and validity of their VAT number.
6. Payment. Payment is accepted by card through a secure gateway (Stripe) and/or SEPA bank transfer. For orders under quotation, manufacturing may begin once payment is confirmed or as indicated in the quotation.
7. Manufacturing, lead times and shipping. As these are custom products, the lead time is indicative and is stated on the product page or in the quotation. We ship worldwide; shipping costs, lead times and incidents are detailed during checkout or in the quotation. For international shipments, the customer bears the customs and import costs and procedures of the destination country.
8. Right of withdrawal. As these are custom-made or clearly personalised products, the right of withdrawal does not apply under Art. 103(c) of the Spanish consumer protection act (TRLGDCU) for consumers; for professional customers it does not apply in general.
9. Warranty. The warranty is limited to manufacturing defects with respect to the agreed specification. It does not cover the experimental results obtained by the customer or the suitability of the product for an unspecified purpose. Claims for defective products must be reported within 14 calendar days of receipt.
10. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner’s liability is limited to the order amount, and indirect damages or damages arising from the use of the products are excluded.
11. Intellectual property. The composition, know-how and patent ES2964257 are owned by Manuel Tárraga Martínez. The purchase does not transfer any intellectual or industrial property rights. Reverse engineering of the products is prohibited.
12. Data protection. The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Murcia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.
