Data we process
- Contact data (web form and email): name, email, organisation, country and the content of your message.
- Order and billing data (shop): name, shipping and billing address, Tax ID/VAT, phone, products and amounts.
- Account data (if you register): login details and order history.
- Subscription data (if you subscribe to communications): email and preferences.
- Browsing data: IP address and usage data via cookies (see Cookie Policy).
Purposes and legal bases
- Handling enquiries and requests: consent.
- Managing orders, custom manufacturing, shipping and invoicing: performance of a contract.
- Managing your customer account: performance of a contract / consent.
- Complying with legal, accounting and tax obligations: legal obligation.
- Commercial communications: (a) to subscribers and customers, based on consent or legitimate interest in similar products; (b) in B2B outreach to professional contacts, based on legitimate interest, having obtained the data from publicly available sources. In all cases you may object or unsubscribe.
- Web analytics to improve the site: consent (analytics cookies).
Retention
We keep the data for the duration of the relationship and, thereafter, for the applicable legal periods (for example, commercial and tax, up to 6 years). Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until you withdraw it.
Recipients and data processors
The following may access data as processors under a contract compliant with Art. 28 GDPR:
- Web hosting provider: SYS4NET (sys4net.com).
- Payment gateway: Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.); we do not store full card details.
- Email marketing tool: Mailchimp (Intuit) — planned for sending communications.
- Google (Google Analytics), for web analytics.
- Our accountant/advisor and public authorities, where legally required.
Data is not disclosed to third parties for other purposes, and no automated decisions with legal effects are made.
International transfers
Some tools (for example, Stripe, Mailchimp or Google Analytics) may involve processing data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, transfers are covered by the safeguards provided in the GDPR (for example, the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to contact@liquionic.com and stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe your request has not been properly handled, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
